Return Policy

LUPLUS take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 business days Returns policy upon receipt of order by the customer. While the size of the selected goods, such as: clothing, shoes and belts can be unconditional exchange for one time, you can exchange to a different sizes of the same items (if it have stock) once, but you must be request within 7 days when you received the package.

 

Exchange & Return Policy

Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and gifts. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Replace equivalent value of product will arrange shipping directly; replace greater value than original price of the product, the difference value have to pay.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We will check the quality carefully before shipment. If the product have quality problems or defective, we will responsible for this freight. As for not satisfied the style or other reasons need to return, members must pay the freight yourself to return product.

Our Policy

All items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and gifts. Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all designer garment tags still attached.

Bags

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Technology, Accessories And Gifts

Technology products, accessories and gifts should be returned in the original packaging.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on LUPLUS as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of LUPLUS.

Non-Returnable Items

This Returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-returnable on Luplus.com including all items which are under "Outlet Items" section.

此退換條款不適用於所有已在「貨品介紹」中明確寫明「不設退換」及「不設退款」的貨品。

當你需要退換貨品時,請確保貨品的狀況與交易前在Luplus之文字及圖片描述相乎,否則將恕不受理。
